Information about the Queen Angel Fish

HABITAT:

They are usually found near reefs of the warm sections of the Atlantic Ocean. It is mostly seen in the waters of Florida, Bahamas and on the Gulf of Mexico. Rare appearances have been reported on the Bermuda Triangle going to south as far as Brazil.

CHARACTERISTICS:

Queen Angel Fish mostly are colored blue to blue-green with yellow markings on the side. They can grow up to 45 centimeters in length and may live up to 15 years in their wild habitat.

FOOD:

Primarily, Queen Angel Fish feed on sponges but their diet can also range to eating tunicates, small jellyfish and corals. They are also known to eat algae and planktons. When you watch the Animal Planet and sharks are featured, you can see small fishes swimming beside its mouth. Some of those are juvenile angel fishes that serves as cleaners and feed on parasites of the larger fish.

BREEDING:

Queen Angel Fish are known to having long monogamous relationships. Pairing are found all year round. Once they are pregnant, they gather around near water surface and release their eggs. In one night, they can give birth to 50 to 75 thousands eggs, and about 10 million eggs are release during the reproductive season.

can u get this info 4 me when were they first born,what are their unique behavior,relations to humans,and acquiring food.i need this info cause i have a science report do on the 13th of this month....
